A Chicago native, Brian has lived throughout the United States and Caribbean while traveling as much as possible. An accomplished racing and ocean sailor Brian is equally comfortable traversing large expanses of remote land in search of adventure. He has spent the last 17 years involved in the outdoor industry with magazines, newspapers, web, television and ad agencies. We're stoked to have him a part of our team.

Scott is the publisher and co-founder of Expedition Portal and Overland Journal and is often credited with popularizing overlanding in North America. His travels by 4WD and adventure motorcycle span all seven continents and includes three circumnavigations of the globe.
